Patches' neuter is scheduled

I try to be the best brother I possible can be to Patches...but sometimes he's just so hard to handle. Lately, he's been bugging me so much - grabbing my precious jowls with his sharp baby toofers and poking me in the eyeballs with his paws! It's all the additional testosterone. Which is why mama finally made an appointment to get his man tumors taken out!

Luckily, the pup will be able to fully enjoy Christmas before going under the knife. Unfortunately, his New Year may start out a little...empty. Patches' appointment is December 29.

Of course, when he is under the weather it also means that I have to behave as well. Hopefully Patches will be a little calmer than I was when I got out of surgery. I also hope that if he gets one of these, that I get one too because it's best to not play favorites.

I tried to fill him in on all the nasty details, but he paid me no attention. Can you blame him?

Patches is too young to participate in New Year's celebrations anyway. Christmas is also TONS more important, too!

I hope all goes well when you have your surgery. Are you scared?

I'm going to having the same kind of surgery in January. I don't think I wanna.

I hope the neutering surgery calms him down for you, Sparky! It didn't calm Mitch down any! We'll be thinking of Patches! Hopefully he'll get to avoid the lampshade!

Hi Sparky and Patches,

We've never met, but we see we have lots of friends in common -- so let's be friends too!!

Your card was adorable - thank you. It made all the time to get the right shot worthwhile.

Good luck patches on your surgery. We both had it, and we're still ALL DOG!!

Oooo, Patches.

I'll be thinking of you when you go under the knife. My Stanley always talks about the two most precious balls he had that are now gone. I assume that is what you'll be losing too.

So sorry for your loss. But, hopefully you'll be back to playing and lovin' on your Sparky really soon afterwards.

Gooby love & kissies,
Stella
