Kicked in the face...

...by my mama!

Mama was in the process of kicking my toys into the livingroom from the kitchen, when I suddenly jumped out from behind the corner, thinking it was play time - and her foot connected, hard, with my face. If my fur was not so black, you would probably see a bruise from a mile away.

I know it was an accident, but it still hurt. I ran away from her with my tail uncurled...and my tail never uncurls! She did come to me with open arms and lots of kisses, so I know she felt bad. I might have to milk this a little...

Anypup ever been accidently hurt by your humans? Tell me your story!

Well lots of time Lizzy has stepped on my toes because I always walk right underneath her. It hurts a lot!

Poor Sparky! My girl stepped on my tail once and I screamed like a little girl. But you're totally right - milk it for all it's worth!!! :-)

Sparky, I'm sorry you got kicked in the chops. My Momma has done it LOADS of times cuz she never sees me comin'! Ya know, my Alex dropped me when I was a puppy and dislocated my shoulder!

Sorry you got your face kicked. I never been hurt yet, but mostly cuz my Mistress (dat's what Great-Grammie says Alex is, my Mistress) is always shutting me away in my playpen or kennel when she's "tired".

My Daddy picked me up once and I must have gotten twisted funny because I screamed so loud in his ear that he lost his hearing for the day! (It's back now though; don't worry.)

I just moved my blog over to blogger, and I put a link to you on my blog. Come visit!

oh no, I bet your mommy felt so bad, and I hope your okay.

My second day home, I ran in between my mommy's legs as she was walking and she tripped on me and I slammed into the wall. I cried out of shock. She picked me up, kissed me, checked my whole body, and then carried me around all day.

Oh Sparky -

Well my huamn is not so swift on her artifical knee so every so often she steps on my toes and then also there was the nail trimming incident last month that I ended up nearly losing a toe. They don't mean to be clutzy - they just can't help it.
