Oh ya!

Guess who the coolest dog at my house is?

I passed my very first obedience puppy school class! I learned how to sit, lay down, stay (sitting and down) for up to 30 seconds, shake paws, leave it, take it, drop it and a puppy push up (going from sitting, to down, to back up to the sitting position). We do have to still work on my leash manners and heeling. I have the stop and sit down pat though!

Nice Going Sparky! I'm sure you were the star of the class. We have faith you'll learn to heel in no time!

Congrats Sparky!! I believe you are the cutest & smartest pup of the class.
I don't know any tricks except 'high five'!! Maybe you can teach me how?? :)

Aww... you look so proud! As well you should be! I've never been to puppy class - it looks like it would be very hard. Good job!

Thanks everyone! And to think, mama actually thought at the beginning that we would fail. As if!

Momo - I wish I knew the "high 5!" It's on mama's list of cool tricks. Basically, we just did commands over and over with treats. (I get cooked hotdogs, cut into really small pieces - regular puppy treats didn't keep my attention like hotdog treats did!)

Hee hee - you're MUCH smarter than my sister... she failed TWICE before my girl gave up and stop taking her to classes :-)

Way to go, Sparky! I have that same PetSmart certificate :)

Mom hasn't decided if I'm going to go the intermediate level. She says she's broke. I hate those darn puppy push-ups, but I do them anyway. Anything for a treat.
